Drives QCC's public engagement, stakeholder communications and institutional visibility. Develops outreach strategies that promote QCC's services, reinforce its brand and support relationships with industry partners.
Manages QCC's information technology infrastructure, data systems and digital platforms. Oversees network operations, software systems and IT security to ensure reliable, secure and efficient operations.
Develops and delivers scientific research programmes that strengthen quality assurance protocols. Units cover biochemistry, entomology, microbiology, metrology and physical analysis of cocoa and other agricultural produce.
Coordinates field inspection, grading and sealing activities across all QCC operational zones. Ensures inspection teams are deployed effectively and that quality outcomes are consistently achieved at every point in the chain.
Designs and delivers technical training programmes for QCC staff and industry professionals. Builds competency in inspection methods, quality standards and regulatory frameworks to develop Ghana's cocoa quality workforce.
